Bourbon & Honey Glazed Ham

Your ham is fully cooked and is ready to eat. It can be sliced and served cold or heated.

To warm your ham and finish glazing, heat your oven to 350°F. Place the ham into a deep lidded casserole or roasting pan. Pour ½ cup of hot water into the bottom of the pan and lid or cover tightly with foil. Bake for about 45 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the center of the ham registers 100°F.

Remove the lid and using a pastry brush spread about ¼ of the glaze over the exterior. Turn the oven down to 300°F. Continue to glaze the ham every 15 minutes until it registers 140°F degrees at its center.

Let the ham rest for 10 minutes then slice thinly across the grain and plate. Pour any accumulated pan drippings over the top.
